New European Directive on lamps and lighting

EC Regulation 244/2009 and No. 245/2009 for lamps and lighting, sets mandatory requirements for green design for the marketing of non-directional filament lamps. As a result of its application, incandescent and halogen lamps should be replaced gradually, having both users and manufacturers to adapt to their imminent disappearance.
The replacement of incandescent lamps will be made gradually, depending on the type and wattage of lamps, in 6 annual steps, lasting until September 2016. The first stage began in:

Ebir lighting has adapted to meet all of the European Directive, at least adapting its products to energy efficiency Class B.
